A quick glance at our recent eCommerce solutions:

• Invision has leveraged the ability to use Microsoft Commerce Server as a Web service to build an eLearning Portal for a client entering the B2C space for the first time. In this project,  Commerce Server's core e-business systems are wrapped and delivered as XML Web services to house integration with third-party software.
   
   
• A distribution company with a 70-year history of leading the industry was faced with the challenge to move its operations to the Web, while preserving its existing technology investments. Invision designed a solution using .NET Web services to move data from the company's Web site to its ERP system, resulting in a seamless integration for a new online B2B market. Orders from the Web are now inserted automatically to the company's ERP system in real time to reduce the time and cost of manual processing.
   
   
• For a $3.5 Billion software company, Invision transformed a dated platform that required 30 servers to handle 4 million transactions per day, and built a custom .NET transaction platform that currently accommodates 11 million transactions per day using only four servers. This application's success can be attributed to the performance of .NET, built-in database connection pooling, and ease of programming. This system is integrated with a payment gateway and fulfillment provider.
